Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy (O.T) supports people to develop, recover or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work. It focuses on improving participation, independence and well-being through functional assessments, adaptative strategies and tailored interventions. I work with the adult population including those recovering from injury, living with disabilities or facing challenges with their mobility, environment or workplace ergonomics.
