Everyone deserves to live a life filled with independence, joy and wellbeing…not only during challenging times, but throughout the everyday moments and stages of life.
This type of work I complete looks different for everyone, for some it might be adapting their home or work environment, supporting healthy aging or guiding them to a better quality of life through sleep and fatigue management.
Since 2005, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of adults across their lifespan, supporting them to improve their independence and overall health. My experience spans both public and private healthcare and community settings.
I have managed diverse caseloads and continually refined my clinical and therapeutic skills. I am passionate about empowering people to live meaningful, fulfilling lives in ways that are personal, practical and sustainable to them. I provide individual client services for people living in the mid-west region and my sleep and healthy aging workshops are available nationwide on request.

I’m originally from Ennis, Co. Clare and I have lived in Limerick for over 20 years. I’m a proud mother of two boys who keep me very busy! I graduated from the first year of the professionally qualifying Masters in Occupational Therapy at the University of Limerick in 2005. I also hold a Master’s in Education from Mary Immaculate College which I really enjoyed working on. I love my job and the focus of my work is always on practical, person centred solutions.
